Welcome to Potomac Green, the premier active adult community in Northern Virginia, situated in the vibrant neighborhood of Ashburn. Originally developed by Del Webb, Potomac Green is an exclusive haven for individuals aged 55 and better, designed to enhance and support an active adult lifestyle. Our picturesque neighborhood, comprising 1,363 homes, is nestled in the heart of Loudoun County, conveniently close to the Dulles Tech Corridor.

At the heart of Potomac Green lies a magnificent 29,000 square-foot multi-purpose clubhouse, boasting a state-of-the-art fitness center, an invigorating aerobics studio, a grand ballroom, and a range of recreational amenities. From tennis and pickleball courts to bocce ball courts, and from indoor and outdoor swimming pools to an indoor walking track, there's something here to cater to every interest and fitness level. It's no wonder that in March 2018, the Metropolitan Washington Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI) recognized Potomac Green as the Best Very Large Community Association.

To ensure our residents make the most of their time here, we have a dedicated, full-time lifestyle director who assists in curating a rich calendar of activities, classes, and excursions. Our diverse array of social clubs fosters community connections and encourages residents to explore new interests.

Transportation is a breeze with local bus services, including a convenient commuter route with connections to Washington D.C. Plus, our daily shuttle services conveniently whisk you away to nearby destinations, including shopping centers and medical facilities. The year 2022 brought even more accessibility with the Metro system's addition of six new stations on its Silver Line, featuring the Ashburn station as its terminus, with stops at key locations like Dulles Airport, Reston, Tysons Corner, Falls Church, and various downtown Washington stations.

With its prime location near both the vibrant energy of Washington D.C. and the serene beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Potomac Green offers the perfect balance of urban and rural attractions. The surrounding area is teeming with shopping, dining, cultural treasures, and various businesses. INOVA Loudoun Hospital is less than five miles away, ensuring peace of mind in times of need, and Dulles International Airport is just a short 15-minute drive away, connecting you effortlessly to the world.
